P&F News - Mrs Anthony
The P&F has had some very successful fundraisers throughout term 3. Our fathers day stall raised $518. The pie drive is due for delivery this week, and we will communicate profits from that when it's finalised.
A brief outline of where our money will be going over the next few months. Some of the money raised has gone toward the Year 5 school camp and will also go towards the Year 6 school camp to Hobart in term 4. Mr Linhart is in the process of ordering 4 new wooden picnic tables for the outside eating area which the P&F will be funding. There will be a footy themed lunch day provided for all students at school this Friday, a saveloy in bread and an ice cream, which the P&F will fund.
I would like to say a huge thank you to Kirrilly Jones, who not only helps out with all the P&F fundraisers, but Kirrilly also volunteers her time every Friday for the canteen. Lorraine Young, for helping with both the Father's Day stall and this week's footy colours day lunch. Lorraine also volunteers her time regularly to help in the canteen. Anita Tueon for helping out wherever she can when called upon. Mrs Harris and Mrs Leonard for being a great help to me when organising and finalising these fundraising initiatives. Thank you to Ms Moore and Mrs Adams for assisting with preparation for canteen days. Lastly, a big thank you to our very generous school community for supporting the Parents and Friends throughout the year. Without the generous support from all the people mentioned our fundraising initiatives would not be able to go ahead.
