Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander Performance - Ryka Ali

Last Tuesday afternoon our students were extremely fortunate to participate in a cultural song and dance performance by Ryka Ali, a young Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander man from Northern Queensland. Our students enjoyed the performance and many had the opportunity to go up to the front of the Hall to learn and help Ryka teach the other students. Ryka also took the time to explain many of the cultural aspects of the song and dance, as well as clothing and instruments.
